The Seventh Legislative Session of the Pan-African Parliament officially opened today in Midrand, South Africa, under the chairmanship of Dr. Fathi Abou Tbeiq, President of the Parliament, in the presence of the Deputy President, the Third Vice-President Mr. Jeddah Maamar Mohamed, Mr. Abdelrahim Brima Hamid, and Mr. Mohamed Al-Nazif Youssouf, along with Members of Parliament from various African countries.
This new session aims to strengthen joint African parliamentary action, advance the causes of development and integration, and fulfill the aspirations of the peoples of the continent.
