I had the honor of meeting the President of the Pan-African Parliament, Dr. Fateh Boutbiq, to whom I extended my warmest congratulations for his wise leadership at the head of this prestigious parliamentary institution representing the entire African continent and its 54 member states.
Our discussions also focused on the need to further strengthen the role of the Pan-African Parliament and to open new horizons for the Committee on Education, Culture, Tourism and Human Resources, enabling it to contribute more effectively to the promotion of education, culture, human resource development, and tourism in Africa, in line with the objectives of the African Union’s Agenda 2063.
This meeting provided an opportunity to reaffirm our shared commitment to a more integrated, prosperous, and forward-looking Africa.
